We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or personal insurance. 

Can couples live together?

Yes! We do have options for couples to live together. Your base rent will remain the same, but we charge a standard second-resident fee for the meals, amenities, and services provided to the second resident.

What is your pet policy?

We only allow service animals.

What is included?

At the Manor, we are at your service. Included, but not limited to, a personal chef, housekeeping, laundry, daily social activities, live-in manager, paid utilities, wellness program, library, concierge services, shopping and outings, Wifi, and the best place to spend your most rewarding years.

Do you provide medical assistance?

The Manor emphasizes a safe, independent living environment with minimal need for assistance. We are not licensed to provide help with medications, bathing, dressing, or other personal healthcare needs. If our residents need a private caregiver or personal care provider, they have the freedom to hire their preferred provider directly.

What does it cost to live at The Manor?

Each room is tailor made and custom. This means that depending on the room you choose or is available, the cost may be different as each room has different amenities. 

Are the rooms furnished?

We will furnish the rooms. If you choose to furnish the room with your own personal furniture, we will assist with getting you moved in with all your belongings. 

Is the facility and units wheelchair accessible?

The Manor is accessible for wheelchairs, and includes elevator access for your convenience.

What does the live-in manager assist with?

Our live-in manager provides services that support happy residents and an efficiently running community. They provide assistance with our amenities and services, like managing reception and administration, scheduling, concierge services, or even changing the batteries in your remote control.

Do I have to sign a long term agreement?

In short, no! We have different options available to meet your needs.
