With over three decades of experience serving older adults and their families, Sean Welton has built a distinguished career grounded in compassion, integrity, and unwavering commitment. His journey in senior care began as the owner and operator of Community Oxygen Service & Medical Equipment, and has since evolved through his leadership with Comfort Keepers, where he has consistently championed the independence and well-being of aging adults.
The Manor at 34 Main marks the latest chapter in Sean’s lifelong mission. This thoughtfully designed independent living residence blends elegance, comfort, and community with personalized attention, creating a welcoming environment where seniors can truly thrive. Under Sean’s guidance, The Manor embodies a vision of independence balanced with connection and care.

Paula Goode, C.S.A.
Executive Director
Paula Goode is a seasoned leader in senior living services, bringing over a decade of expertise in personalized care, team development, and client experience to her role as Executive Director of The Manor at 34 Main. With a strong foundation in customer service excellence and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of today’s discerning older adults, Paula leads with both heart and strategy.
As a Certified Senior Advisor (C.S.A.), Paula blends clinical insight with a concierge approach to resident services, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that fosters independence, dignity, and a vibrant lifestyle. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to cultivating a culture of hospitality, trust, and wellbeing—delivering peace of mind not only to residents, but to their families as well.
Paula’s track record of building high-performing care teams began in 2012, when she helped launch and grow Comfort Keepers in the Twin Villages region and along the midcoast area. There, she was recognized for her ability to lead with vision while staying closely connected to clients, personally overseeing care planning to ensure seamless service and exceptional outcomes.
An engaged community liaison, Paula actively builds partnerships with healthcare providers, families, and local organizations, aligning the values of the residence with the broader needs of the Midcoast Maine senior population. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a belief that aging should be a time of purpose, choice, and joy.
Outside of her professional role, Paula enjoys a rich home life in Damariscotta with her husband and two daughters. She finds balance in reading, outdoor activities, and creating meaningful memories with her family.
Brianna Welton
Director of Guest Experience
Brianna Welton is the Director of Guest Experience, bringing over a decade of customer service expertise to her role. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, she is dedicated to creating seamless, high-quality experiences for residents by ensuring every aspect of operations runs smoothly. Brianna’s career in hospitality began at age 16, and she continues to lead with a passion for service, efficiency, and excellence.
